Feel like a guest at your own event! Our staff services include event set up, food service and clean up. We can work in any venue from private homes to corporate offices, and in any type of event, from weddings to corporate dinners to family reunions.

Staff we can bring to your event include: 

• Captains - Supervise waits and bussers.
• Waits - servers for plated meals and buffets.     
• Bartenders - Wine, beer and soft drinks only. not mixed drinks.
• Bussers - Clear tables.
• Runners - Replenish Buffets, refill water glasses.
• Greeters - Staff at entrances and coat check.
• Set Up Crew - Set up or Break down.
• Party Assistants - Assist with miscellaneous task 

 

Note: Minimum 4 hours to have Party Staff services.

We recommend:

Formal Dinner
( 8 - 10 Guests per table )

• Minimum: 2 Servers per 3 tables.
• Standard: 1 Server per table.
• Premium: 1 Server per table plus 1 Runner/busser per 2 tables, 1 Floor Captain for every 5 tables.
• 1 Floor Captain per 100 guests is required for the minimum and standard service.

 

Buffet

Based on 8-foot table with 2-3 items served by staff

• 1 Server per item served.
• 1 Runner per buffet table.
• 1 Server per 25 guests for china dish and glassware.
• 1 Server per 50 guests for disposable dishware.
• 1 Floor Captain per 100 guests (required)

 

 Tray/Passed Appetizers

• 1 Server, 1 busser  per 25 guests
• 1 Floor Captain per 100 guests (required)
