DELIVERIES TO BUSINESS/Offices
In many companies and facilities with restricted access, we are usually required to leave the balloons with a receptionist. We will attempt to leave a message with the recipient advising that a delivery has been made and is ready for pick-up. Once the balloons have been delivered to the receptionist, we consider the delivery accomplished. If we are not able to deliver the bouquet you can pick it up later at our showroom same day before 6pm. Delivery fee is non-refundable. Back
RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES
We will make phone contact with the recipient or someone at the residence prior to delivery in order coordinate a delivery time, ensuring that someone will be home to accept the order. This call may be made as early as 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. If no one answers, we will leave a call back number. We will not proceed until contact is made, which can result in the delivery being made later than scheduled. We will make every effort to be discrete in our effort to coordinate a delivery time; however, customers are forewarned that this process does pose a risk of exposing an intended surprise. If we are not able to deliver the bouquet you can pick it up later at our showroom same day before 6pm. Delivery fee is non-refundable. Back
HOSPITAL DELIVERIES
We deliver at Duke University Hospital, Durham Regional Hospital, and UNC Hospital. Some hospitals are starting to ban latex balloons due to latex allergy liability issues. Most hospitals do allow Mylar balloons and bubble balloons. Even we haven’t had this problem at the hospitals we deliver; this could happen depending on the hospital area. However, in some cases, a patient may not be able to receive balloons at all. Please contact the hospital prior to ordering a bouquet and ask if the hospital will allow latex balloons, Mylar or bubble balloons to be delivered. Back
SCHOOL DELIVERIES
Many schools have restrictions on balloon deliveries. Please contact the respective institution for approval, prior to ordering. If balloons are allowed, we will only deliver the balloons to the main office. Once the balloons have been delivered to the main office, we consider the delivery accomplished. If we are not able to deliver the bouquet you can pick it up later at our showroom same day before 6pm. Delivery fee is non-refundable. Back
HOTEL DELIVERIES
For security reasons, we are unable to deliver balloons directly to the room of a guest. All hotel deliveries for guests are left with the concierge, the front desk, or the loading dock, depending on the hotel's policy. Once the balloons have been delivered to one of these locations, we consider the delivery accomplished. Customers sending balloons to hotel guests are encouraged to contact the hotel to confirm that the balloons have been transferred to the guest by the hotel. Back
Yes, you can if you do not have a big order. Otherwise you will need a large vehicle. If anything happen during transportation, we are not responsible.
Most orders and designs are too large to fit into standard vehicles to have clients transport themselves. Also, some designs require set-up on-site. If we deliver, we as professionals will be able to fix the decoration. Therefore, we prefer to deliver and set-up all decoration. Back

We treat our balloons to retain the helium longer and look shine longer. When indoors 11” latex balloons generally last between 8‐10 hours filled with helium, and about 3‐5 days when treated. The size of the balloon is important to determine how long the balloon will last. The bigger the balloon the longer will last. The 11” is the standard balloon size but remember we have balloons from 5” to 8 ft. If you want to know how long you balloons will last contact us.
Foil balloons last approx. 5‐7 days. Air‐filled balloons generally last for a couple of weeks, but will not float.
Even we treat all our balloons, we cannot guarantee how long balloons will last outdoors. Back
23. How do you treat your balloons?
We use two different protective products to make long lasting balloons. One to retain the helium, this is a liquid protective coating that is inserted into the balloon and spread around to retain the helium longer. It is water‐soluble and non‐toxic.
The other one protects balloons against dulling effect of oxidation and keeps that sparkling "new look" longer. Back
24. Can you do them the day before?
Yes, we always treat our balloons. We can deliver balloons or you can pick them up a day before. However they should have some extra care and keep them out of people can mess with them. We’ll give you the care instructions for they look great next day. Back
25. Can I rent a helium tank and blow up the balloons myself?
At this point we are not renting helium tanks but we are in the process to have helium tanks for rent . As soon as we have helium tanks available you can do it. Remember, your balloons should be blown up a couple of hours before your event to make sure that they maintain their freshness throughout your event. You must not transport the helium tanks with the nozzles attached, as they could break, and are expensive to replace. Back

Yes! We do love to make Outdoor Décor. It adds wonderful color and impact to any event. However read our outdoor décor weather policy. Back
27. What is your outdoor décor weather policy?
No one can control the weather - even professional meteorologists cannot accurately predict it. Therefore, in the event of inclement weather the following policy applies:

28. Do you guarantee outdoor work?
No, although we really enjoy doing outdoor jobs for our clients, we cannot guarantee outdoor work. We make every attempt to have your décor looking its best at the time it is assembled. We use only professional supplies and the best latex balloons, heavy duty cord and wire for all outdoor jobs. North Carolina weather affects outdoor balloons, especially the wind, heat, and humidity. Back
29. Can you release foil balloons at my event?
The product is a synthetic, metalized plastic/nylon material which is recyclable, but not biodegradable. Consequently, foil balloons are never used in a release. Back
30. How do balloons affect the environment?
Latex balloons are produced from rubber trees. Latex is harvested without harming the tree by using an environmentally safe, age old process similar to that used for collecting from maple trees for syrup. Because of rubber’s versatility and demand, these tropical rain forest trees are very valuable, highly coveted-and well-preserved natural resources. These precious trees play an equally valuable ecological role in the fragile ecological balance by removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere which helps prevent global warming.
Latex balloons pose no threat to humans, wildlife or the environment when handled responsibly. That said, latex balloons should not be released outdoors. Although latex balloons are biodegradable, the string is not. Balloons used for releases must not have any string attached to them. It is best to have a professional conduct the release.
Mylar balloons should not be released outdoors. Mylar balloons are not biodegradable. Mylar balloon conduct electricity. If released, Mylar balloons could drift into power lines that can cause short circuits and eventually lead to a power outage. Back
31. Do you have Balloon care tips?
These are simple tips to keep your balloon as long as possible:
• Balloons expand in hot weather, so don’t leave them in a hot car or boot, they will explode.
• In cold weather, balloons contract and appear under inflated. Once they’re brought in from the cold, they’ll fill out.
• If balloons get rained on and start to droop, don’t worry. Shake them off; they’ll float again when dry.
• We use latex balloons made from 100% biodegradable, natural rubber. We always treat our latex balloons so they’ll float up to 10 times longer.
• Foil balloons will float for 5-14 days, depending on the size. Although foil balloons are not biodegradable, they are reusable.
• Foil balloons can conduct electricity if they come into contact with power lines. Make sure your foil balloons are always attached to a weight, and never release them.
• To make balloons float, they’re filled with helium, a non-toxic, non-flammable gas that’s safe for the environment. Don’t inhale the helium because it takes the place of the oxygen in your lungs, so you can’t get the oxygen you need.
• Always supervise young children, and don’t allow them to play with deflated balloons.
• Properly dispose of balloons. Cut balloons with scissors directly above the knot or sealing point and immediately place in trash containers. Back
